We are looking for trilingual customer service agents who are fluent in English and Portuguese and eager to work in a dynamic, international environment with great growth potential.

What We Offer:

Base salary of $3,600,000 COP.

English level B2 or higher.

Portuguese level B2 or higher.

Customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in both English and Portuguese.

Provide timely and accurate information and support.
