📍 Location: Bogotá – Presential.

🕒 Schedule: 42 hours per week, 2 days off.
💰 Salary: $3,000,000 COP + Benefits.
About the Role
Join our dynamic team at IGT Solutions, where we are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English B2+) to support major brands in the Hospitality and Tourism industry – including travel agencies, hotels, and airlines.
You will handle inbound calls from customers who are already interested in our services, providing them with professional assistance, answering their questions, and guiding them through bookings and reservations.

Requirements
✅ English level B2 or higher (spoken and written).
✅ High school diploma.
✅ Experience in customer service, travel, tourism, or BPO (preferred but not mandatory).
✅ Availability to work onsite in Bogotá.
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
